IN CASE OF SCHOOL CLOSURE

In the event of a school closure we will send out notices via the website and school app as well as social media sites (both district controlled and outside sites).

In order for parents/guardians to receive text (SMS) notifications, you will need to make sure the district has all your correct and updated contact information.

The phone app can be found on your app store under the name: Cherokee ISD

You can set notifications to be alerted as you would with other, similar apps.

The best way for community members, who do not have students enrolled, to receive notifications (closures, activities, holidays, etc.) is to be connected through the phone app. Of course, you may always visit the website or Facebook (social media) page for information.
