Goal 1: The percent of 3rd Grade students that score “meets grade level” or above on STAAR Reading will increase from 50% to 60% by June 2025.

1.      GPM 1.1 The percentage of Kindergartners score developed on CLI (reading inventory) will increase from 16% to 90% by May of 2025.

2.      GPM 1.2 The percentage of 1st Graders score developed on TPRI will increase from 63% to 95% by May 2025.

3.      GPM 1.3 The percentage of 2nd Graders score developed on TPRI will increase from 56% to 95% by May of 2025.

Goal 2: The percentage of 3rd Grade students that score “meets grade level: or above on STAAR Math will increase from 67% to 75% by June 2025.

1.      GPM 2.1 The percentage of Kindergartners on level on CLI Engage (math inventory) will increase from 17% to 75% by May of 2025.

2.      GPM 2.2 The percentage of 1st Graders that score on Tier 1 (on level) on Istation Math will increase from 25% to 75% by May 2025.

3.      GPM 2.3 The percentage of 2nd Graders score Tier 1 (on level) on Istation Math will increase from 45% to 85% by May 2025.

Goal 3: The percentage of College Career Military Readiness Graduates will increase from 75% to 85% by June 2025.

1.      GPM 3.1 Increase the number of students that graduate with a certification from 0% to 10% by May of 2025

2.      GPM 3.2 Increase the percentage of students that meet the criteria for the SAT/ACT from 63% to 75% by May of 2025.

3.      GPM 3.3 Increase the percentage of students that meet the criteria for the TSIA Reading and Math from 63% to 75% by May of 2025.
